Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact The Shop at info@theshopbb.com if you have any problems with your order.
We do not offer refunds on custom and personalized items unless there is an error on our part. All of our items are made to order at the time of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
As soon as we receive notification from you with details on the error as well as photo evidence, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
The Shop BB ships USPS and they are experiencing heavy shipping delays, so some packages may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, once USPS takes a package from us, shipping is out of our control. However, we would like to provide you with some options. We recommend you:
- Reach out to USPS to ask questions related to shipping and delivery, as we only see the information you see
- Check your tracking number provided through Etsy
- Most importantly, please be patient. We are all doing the very best we can!
If your package is deemed lost, we will send out a replacement.
If your package is in transit and arriving late, we ask for patience, as we can't do anything to move the process along.
